Hospital Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah terletak di bandar Temerloh, Pahang. Ia terletak di pertengahan Lebuhraya Kuala Lumpur - Kuantan.
Hospital ini dibina bagi menggantikan Hospital Mentakab yang telah lama. Pembinaannya dimulakan pada Jun 2002 dan tamat pada 15 Jan 2005.
Ia mula beroperasi secara berperingkat pada Mac 2006, dan kemudian dirasmikan Sultan Pahang pada 27 Mac 2006 (9 tahun) bersamaan 26 Safar 1427H.
